Eligibility:
All web content creators for OTT platforms, production houses/ individual content creators/ social media platform content, and advertising/ media organizations can submit entries for ORIGINAL work created and/or executed in Indian Market for web medium only. The work should have streamed within the period of 1 January 2018 to 30 June 2019. There is no limit to the number of entries per category that can be submitted.

Entry Fees:
Early Bird Cost of INR 3000 per individual entry plus taxes. Same work can be entered in multiple categories: INR 3000 per additional category.
Refunds: There are no refunds once an entry has been submitted, even if the entry is withdrawn from the competition. Management/ Jury at its own discretion can disapprove the entry for various reasons (Explicit Content/ Non Digital Medium Content/ Content that does not adhere to Award guidelines).
Mode of Payment:
Entrants will have to make an online payment. All entries will be considered only after full payment is cleared. An online payment receipt will be auto-generated which will be mailed to the entrant. A proper tax invoice will be mailed within 2 weeks of receiving the payment.
Note: IWMBUZZ Digital Awards material becomes the property of IWMBUZZ Publishing & Communication Pvt Ltd and will not be returned.
Submissions
There is no limit on the number of categories a submission may be entered into. In addition, there is no limit to the number of submissions that can be made by one entrant.
Duplication of entries by the OTT platforms, production houses/ individual content creators/ social media platforms, and advertising/ media organizations will not be allowed. If separate entries are received for the same programme from two parties, it will be treated as ONE entry, and the payments made once won't be refunded. The party who entered first will be considered for adjudication.
Only content in Hindi and English are allowed to participate. Regional language content creators can participate ONLY in Best Web Series in Regional Language (excluding Hindi, Subtitles needed when sending entry).
Work entered should be created predominantly by the submitting party. Collaborating parties (creative or media agencies as well as creative technology partners) and other key individuals should be referenced.
All entries must be submitted via the online form and include supporting video link/attachment. (WebM/MP4/OGV/JPG/PNG format and size should be less than 1GB).
Judging
The categories are divided into Jury, Popular and Special.
The popular categories will witness blank polling where fans can nominate their favourites. Post the blank polling, highest vote receivers across categories will become final nominees. The final nominees will be open for public polling which will finally determine the winner.
The jury committee will determine best work based on the entries sent by creators. The first line of entry filtration will be done by IWMBUZZ editorial team (quality, viability, relevance), and the final selected entries will be evaluated by the esteemed jury members, who will score and decide winners.
The jury committee will evaluate and score each valid entry. Finalists for each category will be determined. Winners will be decided by jury votes/scoring (technical, agency, trade) and public polling (popular). All decisions of the Management will be final and cannot be challenged.
Special awards are Editor's Choice Awards to felicitate credible, inspirational and ground breaking work in the web entertainment space.

General Conditions
By participating in this contest, entrants agree to abide by the following terms and conditions and by the decisions of the judges which are final on all matters pertaining to this contest. This contest is subject to the laws of India. The winners of the IWMBUZZ Digital Awards who do not attend the Awards Ceremony will be notified within approximately fourteen (14) days after the final awards ceremony. IWMBUZZ Digital Awards reserves the right to use and publish entrants' proper names with Pictures/ Videos online, in print and in any other media in connection with the Contest. IWMBUZZ Digital Awards also reserves the right to use the Names, Pictures/ Videos and Content, of Winners and Attendees at the event, for our Sponsors benefit. Acceptance of an award constitutes permission for IWMBUZZ Digital Awards to use winner's name, picture and likeness and entry submission for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless IWMBUZZ Digital Awards, its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, Sponsor Brands and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Contest. IWMBUZZ Digital Awards reserves the right to not award categories which, in the judgment of the panel and administrators, did not elicit entries up to top industry standards.

Entries submitted by the contestants become the property of IWMBUZZ Digital Awards and cannot be returned. Each entrant, by agreeing to the terms, specifically grants worldwide, royalty-free permission to IWMBUZZ Digital Awards to show or play the entries at award shows, at IWMBUZZ Digital Awards sponsored or produced events, or in any other public or private presentation with or without charge whenever and as often as the organisers see fit without compensation to Entrant. IWMBUZZ Digital Awards may use entries or license entries or the reproduction of entries in perpetuity, without payment to the Entrant, non-exclusively throughout the world, for use in telecasts, videotapes, DVDs, the Internet, exhibits, books, pamphlets and other such publications and media now known or hereafter created, including without limitation, television specials featuring IWMBUZZ Digital Awards entries for the year or in subsequent years for historical retrospectives. IWMBUZZ Digital Awards may charge a fee to third parties for use of such material. Entrant holds or will secure the necessary license for use of all music embodied within the entries and rights to all content they enter in the contest. Entrant will fully defend, indemnify and hold IWMBUZZ Digital Awards, its affiliated companies, assignees and licensees harmless from any talent or other residual charges due to the release of selected entries or any third party claims against IWMBUZZ Digital Awards, its affiliated companies, assignees and licensees resulting from the content of the entries and the intellectual property contained therein. The person submitting this entry form(s) certifies that he or she has full authority to approve the rights granted herein.
